Appreciated its really helpful and extremely helpful staff.
Nice location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. The atmosphere created was special! The bed was comfortable and the room was tidy with bright decor.

Superior hotel and the location in the middle of jackson was marvellous. Liked my great stay, including interacting with very helpful and hospitable staff. Location: the property was just off the river and the Thung Nham Bird valley.

We loved the tranquil atmosphere here with beautiful scenery and a great boat tour. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our suite room was spacious, clean, and located perfectly within the hotel. We enjoyed the fresh fruit on offer and observing the birds up close was a highlight of our trip.

The location of the hotel was peaceful and quiet, surrounded by mountains and green trees. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing boat rides to explore the bird park and cave. The suite room was big and comfortable, with a good view of the serene environment.
Some facilities and bikes were not well-maintained, affecting accessibility to certain areas.

The surroundings were peaceful and perfect for leisurely strolls. There were barely any people around, and the tranquility was a welcome break from the hustle of the city. the boat ride provided an excellent opportunity to see various animals up close and appreciate nature. the room we stayed in was spacious and in a great spot, and it was good to have it quiet.
The service was subpar, and the quality of the food was not up to par. They could have done more to make us feel more comfortable with half of the resort shut down unexpectedly.

A quiet and peaceful environment with a lot of nature to explore. The boat tour was excellent and allowed for a close-up view of the birds. The suite room was large and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay after a busy day.
Some of the caverns were inaccessible, which was a bit of a letdown. Although the staff was helpful and kind, the service was a bit slow at times.
